Entertainment/Ballroom has marble floors, custom trim package with pediments separating Livingroom, closet and bistro eating area with arches that will have picture murals in them, entertainment room also connects to the custom oak bar with judges panel, bar has 2 sub zero fridges, ice maker and dishwasher, dual sinks with custom wall unit behind, glass tiles as back splash as well as around mirrors on wall unit, setting this bar apart from any other is the fabulous water wall behind the bar with custom lighting, relax as you have your beverage, then head over to the concession stand for your favorite candy before heading to the movie theater where you can enjoy your favorite movie on a 103″ screen with the all new Bose 8.1 surround system. Outside the movie theater you can put your favorite movie posters on custom built, lit poster holders. The outside of theater is painted in copper with an espresso glaze. The basement also features a spacious living room with a custom hand crafted oak fireplace. The living room, which has custom Bellagio Faux paint will also have a custom oak wall unit for the big screen. The whole basement has custom lighting as well as can lights, numerous chandeliers as well as pendent lights. The ceiling are graced with ceiling tiles. This basement I must say entertains itself.

Better Homes and Gardens once called Roger Shollmier the ‘Frugal Kitchen Guru.” Roger can apply the same principles of function and design to any kitchen, regardless of size or budget. The kitchen in this 1950s home is a perfect example.
The before-and-after floor plans show where a wall was removed to open the kitchen to the family room. A large peninsula was added for a wonderful cooking and entertaining center, where family and friends congregate. The hood was built to house the vent and decorative lighting, and to create an architectural interest.
The original cabinets were replaced by beautiful maple cabinets, loaded with features such as deep, full-extension drawers, drawer buffers, and pull-out cabinets for spices near the cook top. The counter top on the peninsula is granite, and smooth concrete tops the perimeter cabinets. The sink is high quality stainless steel with a built-in drain board. The faucet is a commercial-type industrial sprayer, and a rolling cart is conveniently stowed for serving or an extra prep area. Mirror was used for the backsplash at the beverage center area, which adds wonderful depth and dimension in an unexpected manner. And the utility room doorway is now flanked by two magnetic chalkboards which were framed and hung on a sliding rail.
